Senior Manager, Global Talent Marketing
Our client, a global technology leader, is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Talent Marketing to shape how the world experiences the company as an employer. This role will define and drive global strategies that elevate the employer brand, strengthen talent engagement, and celebrate a people‑first culture across regions — from U.S. manufacturing hubs to technology centers in Asia and Europe.
Responsibilities
Design and lead a global talent brand strategy that brings the company’s people‑first culture to life across markets
Develop integrated employer brand campaigns that highlight purpose, innovation, and the human impact behind technology
Translate complex, technical work into inspiring, relatable stories that engage diverse audiences worldwide
Partner with regional teams to localize messaging while maintaining a unified global identity
Measure campaign performance and continuously refine strategies based on data, insights, and candidate experience metrics
Strengthen alignment between internal culture and external brand storytelling
Oversee creative content across employer brand channels, including microsites, videos, social media, and thought leadership
Manage agency partnerships, global budgets, and vendor relationships to maximize impact and ROI
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in talent branding, employer brand strategy, or marketing communications, preferably within a global technology or manufacturing organization
Proven success leading large‑scale, measurable employer brand or marketing campaigns
Experience managing creative production, agency partnerships, and global budgets
Strong understanding of digital, social, and experiential marketing for talent audiences
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with fluency in brand voice and tone
Collaborative, data‑driven, and skilled at influencing across complex, matrixed teams
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
This is a 12‑month contract at 40 hours per week, with a hybrid schedule based in Boise, Idaho. Pay ranges from
$50‑60 per hour , depending on experience. The position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
