Sales and Marketing Representative – Milwaukee Tool
Drive sales of our premier product lines within one of our largest retail partners. In this role you will enhance your selling, account management, and communication skills while launching a rewarding career at a fast‑paced company.
Responsibilities
Exceed sales targets by delivering best‑in‑class Business to Consumer sales and customer service within The Home Depot, engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored TTI product solutions.
Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement and increase product sell‑through.
Support and implement corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sell‑through.
Ensure brand presence and sales‑readiness through strategic merchandising, optimal product placement, and completion of store objectives and resets, leveraging data analytics.
Develop a strong understanding of the retail marketplace, customer profiles, product applications, competitor landscape, and channel dynamics.
Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in‑store execution and cultivate long‑term partnerships.
Effectively manage inventory levels, maintain product accessibility, and report tasks and responsibilities promptly.
Participate in merchandising resets to support TTI’s innovation and ensure timely placement of cutting‑edge products while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
At least 21 years old, legally eligible to work in the United States.
Valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one year and a reliable personal vehicle with insurance.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., use ladders, and work in a retail environment full time.
Must pass drug and motor‑vehicle screening.
Capability to travel to assigned store locations, attend occasional meetings, and fly as required.
Self‑motivated team player with strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; multilingual skills are a plus.
Formal higher‑education preferred but equivalent experience considered.
Relocation may be required for future opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $50,000 – $54,000 per year (non‑exempt, overtime eligible).
Sales contests and incentives to earn additional income.
Vehicle allowance: $400 per month (pre‑tax) – $4,800 per year.

401(k) with company match 50% up to 8% of salary.
Eligible for up to 10 paid holidays (based on hire date).
