Responsibilities
Generate retail sales by using a passion for technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
Position products, insights, and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete, top‑down sales solution.
Close sales by using strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
Continuously develop through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
Potential to grow the customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in our products and services.
Engage with the community outside the store to expand a loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events.
Compensation Base pay ranges from
$16.00
to
$21.00
per hour. In addition, employees can earn up to
$16,000
per year in individual‑based commissions when meeting or exceeding sales goals. Top performers may earn an additional
$14,500
or more, for a total annual earnings potential of roughly
$65,000 – $73,500
depending on geography, hours worked, and performance.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
One or more years of relevant experience (work or military)

Experience working in a commission‑based environment
Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
Customer service experience
