Role Summary This is a full-time, on-site role of an Account Manager located in Oakland, CA. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role includes identifying client needs, generating sales, coordinating with internal teams to ensure product delivery, and analyzing client feedback to improve services and offerings. The Account Manager will play a key role in driving client success and supporting Cream Co.'s mission in the food industry.

Qualifications

Strong experience in client relationship management, customer service, and account management

Sales and business development skills, including identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth

Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Knowledge of the meat or food industry, supply chain, and/or sustainable practices is highly desirable

Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant software is an advantage

Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
