Sales Support Coordinator- Merchant Services
Location : West Des Moines, IA or Irving, TX Pay:
$26 - $27 /hr Work Schedule:
Hybrid model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote Overview
The Sales Support Coordinator will support sales and operational functions within the Merchant Services payment processing and point-of-sale domain. This includes validating merchant account requests, supporting merchant client onboarding, and ensuring seamless coordination between Account Managers (AMs), Sales, Ops, and internal processing systems. Responsibilities
Support merchant services/ POS (point-of-sale) sales operations, proactively identifying process improvement opportunities Interact with client-facing teams, particularly Account Managers and Sales Process, validate, and manage merchant onboarding requests, including entering data, validating for accuracy, and communicating updates Coordinate delivery of products, tools, and transaction processing items related to merchant accounts Manage updates to product and pricing details with accuracy and timeliness Maintain a high level of professionalism and business acumen across all interaction Qualifications
2+ years of Merchant services experience such as: Payments, credit cards, end-to-end payment processing Merchant account management Merchant onboarding Understanding of POS, services, tools, and systems Experience and business acumen interacting with Sales and AMs in a fast-paced environment
