Regional Sales Manager (Kansas City, St. Louis, MO) Inizio Engage has partnered with Tonix Pharmaceuticals and is seeking a performance-driven, entrepreneurial, and analytical Regional Sales Manager who will lead by example to exceed expectations in their region. This role requires driving district performance, thinking creatively, and continuously challenging your team to go the extra mile.

What will you be doing

Ensure the geography meets or exceeds all sales targets and goals.

Recruit, hire, manage, and develop a high‑performing team.

Create and drive regional strategy and short‑term tactics to achieve business goals.”

Execute consistent and frequent performance management with the sales team.

Coach field representatives on selling skills, product knowledge, and development to achieve maximum goal attainment.

Monitor data analytics (sales trends, activity, market share) to optimize resource use and uncover improvement opportunities.

Set a positive tone and high standard for work ethic, culture, expectations, and business ethics.

Assess competitive threats, best practices, field learnings, and share insights.

Aid in designing business plans, employee development plans, and monthly reports.

Organize and participate in employee training, conferences, and regional meetings.

Collaborate with Market Access, Patient Access, and Medical Affairs.

Drive call‑plan adherence and execution.

Maintain compliance standards.

What do you need for this position

Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

At least 3 years of sales‑management experience in pharma, biotech, or healthcare.

Experience with product launches (highly preferred).

Experience in rheumatology and/or CNS (preferred).

Field management experience with CSO.

Ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high‑quality team.

Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Greater than 50% travel, including overnights (required).
