We’re looking for experienced Sales Professionals to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in customer engagement, sales, prior use of a CRM system, and kitchen design or furniture sales experience. About the Role You’ll be a Sales Consultant who thrives on building relationships and delivering a customer experience that feels personal, supportive, and genuinely helpful. Your focus will be on listening, asking the right questions, and guiding customers through their project—whether it’s understanding their budget, scope, or timeline, or helping them explore collections and styles that fit their vision.
What We’re Looking For
Customer‑Centric Mindset:
You genuinely enjoy helping people and know how to make them feel heard and supported.
Sales Skills:
At least 2 years in a customer‑facing sales role with a track record of building relationships and closing business.
Cabinetry Knowledge:
Minimum of 1–2 years of cabinet industry experience is strongly preferred, but we’ll consider candidates who have the right passion.
Strong Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to different customer needs.
Technical Aptitude:
Comfortable with learning systems, CRM tools, and product details.
Organized & Self‑Motivated:
Able to manage leads, track progress, and stay on top of follow‑ups.
Team Player:
Collaborative, positive, and willing to support teammates to help the whole team succeed.
