Close new business through inside sales to achieve budgeted goals Inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective customers/clients Present, propose, and sell appropriate scope of pest management services Help region/branch offices meet budget goals by setting appointments for outside sales inspectors Schedule client appointments for service Initiate outbound telemarketing calls to obtain new business appointments for our sales team Provide backup administrative support to local branches and assist with special account adjustments Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associates preferred Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask Excellent phone etiquette and highly professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates extensively via telephone and electronically with customers and co‑workers Must be 18 years of age Salary Range (including commission): $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year (can exceed) Western Pest Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer, Protected Veteran, and Individual with Disabilities.
