In the Direct Sales Representative role, you will be part of one of the most dynamic sales departments in the company. As a member of the Optimum door-to-door team, you will operate in the ever-changing consumer landscape. Each day will involve new interactions, guiding customers through Optimum’s full suite of products and services, such as high-speed internet, advanced TV, mobile, and voice technologies to identify the best solution for their needs. Customized Solutions:

Be a telecom professional who dives into the unique needs of each customer and crafts tailored telecom packages. Product Knowledge:

Stay up to date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technology; you are the walking encyclopedia of telecom information. Sales Pitch:

Demonstrate the advantages of our products and services, addressing customer concerns and objections in the field. Closing Deals:

Skillfully negotiate and close sales, ensuring customers are satisfied and committed. Documentation:

Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with accuracy for smooth operations. Relationship Building:

Provide exceptional post-sales support and turn customers into lifelong advocates. Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with peers to achieve collective goals and share insights. Targets and Quotas:

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas. Compliance:

Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications and Essential Functions: High school diploma or equivalent. Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions. Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record. Physical abilities: ability to sit, stand, and walk. Ability to work full-time. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual preferred to support diverse populations. Sales-centric mindset:

Passion for achieving sales targets and solving customer needs with tailored solutions; strong interpersonal and communication skills. Extensive product knowledge:

Understanding of mobile and fixed-line products; ability to translate technical information for customers. Digital proficiency:

The pay range is $85,000.00 - $115,000.00/year (base plus estimated average annual commissions). Base salary at time of hire: $35,000 plus commissions; commissions are estimated and not guaranteed. Earning potential varies based on performance and is subject to the terms of applicable commission plans.
