About The Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present customized bath remodeling solutions that align with their needs and vision. This is a full outside sales role that combines relationship-building, technology-driven presentations, and consistent closing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations using a structured, iPad-based sales presentation
Participate in ongoing weekly sales training and professional development
Design customized bath solutions using proprietary sales and design software
Present pricing clearly and confidently while closing sales at a high level
Maintain professionalism and follow established sales processes
Qualifications
Prior in-home sales experience within bath remodeling or home improvement preferred
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Confident presenter with the ability to build rapport quickly in homeowners’ homes
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment
Reliable transportation and local to Central New Jersey
Outgoing, articulate personality with strong closing instincts
Compensation & Opportunity This is a
