Multi-Market Account Executive, NBC & Telemundo Dallas/Fort Worth Join the NBCUniversal team as a Multi‑Market Account Executive for the KXAS‑TV and KXTX‑TV stations in Dallas/Fort Worth.

Job Description KXAS‑TV and KXTX‑TV, the NBCUniversal television stations in DFW, are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join the Multi‑Market Sales team. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining and growing sales revenue, as well as cultivating and developing new advertisers for the station groups. The role requires a keen ability to develop concepts that create, incrementally grow and maintain sales revenue by connecting a corporation’s marketing goals seamlessly with the entire portfolio of NBC Local Media content distribution platforms. The successful candidate must understand non‑linear sales, specifically the OTT landscape, and be able to sell these platforms.

Job Duties

Own, manage, and develop relationships with clients, agencies, and advertisers through daily interaction.

Generate and increase revenue from an established account list to meet and exceed annual revenue goals.

Embrace, understand, target, pitch and secure integrated marketing and non‑linear platforms to meet revenue goals (including OTT).

Create customized solutions for local clients that demonstrate the power of NBC Local Media and monetize NBC DFW properties.

Ascertain and market to previously untapped, emerging and traditional brands and businesses to drive revenue through negotiating and selling the value and benefits of TV, mobile, digital, out‑of‑home and all other multi‑marketing platforms.

Develop growth revenue by focusing on “conversion” targets from competitive media including radio, print, digital, out‑of‑home, cable, events, etc.

Organize management of a business opportunity pipeline and perform sharp revenue forecasting.

Learn NBC Salesforce systems and traffic/order flow processes and create presentations using Microsoft Excel.

Effectively present sales proposals and pitches to internal and external clients.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in media sales and/or marketing roles with a successful track record of generating increased sales.

Knowledge of media research and measurement products.

Proven success selling non‑linear advertising solutions including OTT/CTV.

Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and own a vehicle for transportation to client meetings.

Must be willing to work at the station just south of DFW Airport.

Desired Qualifications

Agency experience, strong understanding of General and Hispanic markets, creative marketing and/or brand entertainment experience is preferred.

Solutions‑oriented thinker able to quickly assess opportunities and respond with creative ideas and solutions.

Strong communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.

Excellent computer skills with MS programs: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and ability to create innovative presentation decks.

Adept at prospecting, generating proposals and closing sales.

Perceptive, insightful and intuitive abilities.

Ability to creatively analyse and react to a variety of sales challenges.

Ability to multi‑task while staying organized and focused.

Broad knowledge of traditional and emerging media platforms.

Innovative approach to a changing marketplace.

Willing and able to work a flexible schedule and be available for evening hours as needed for client events.

Additional Requirements Hybrid: This position requires hybrid work, contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in‑office requirements at any time.
