Responsibilities
Greeting clients and providing them a warm and welcoming experience.
Assessing clients' skin types to determine appropriate tanning equipment and lotions, explaining the tanning process, safety guidelines, and answering questions.
Maintaining a clean and organized tanning area; ensuring equipment is in good working order and supplies are well-stocked.
Upselling tanning lotions and other products to clients, providing recommendations based on their individual needs and preferences.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining professionalism and customer service.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
Maintaining accurate records of client information (tanning history, preferences) for personalized experiences.
Opening and closing the tanning salon on time.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Prior customer service or sales experience (highly preferred).
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive, and passionate about the tanning industry.
Flexible and adaptable, with ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to stand, bend, and work for long periods.
Experience
Sales experience: at least 1 year.
Customer service experience: at least 1 year.
