About The Role At Camunda, we believe in empowering organizations to transform how they work through automation and process orchestration. As our Sales Manager for the Benelux region, you’ll lead a team of Corporate and Enterprise Account Executives, driving growth across diverse markets and strategic industries. This fully remote role is all about building and coaching a high-performing team, shaping a collaborative sales culture, and delivering measurable impact while helping organizations achieve their digital transformation goals.

What You Will Do

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Corporate and Enterprise Account Managers to achieve and exceed revenue targets, while fostering a proactive, solution-oriented mindset across the team.

Own forecasting, pipeline management, and regional revenue performance, ensuring clear alignment with business objectives and long-term growth strategy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional partners to bring Camunda’s value proposition to life for a diverse customer base.

Drive the adoption of transformative automation technologies in key Benelux markets, anticipating market needs and opportunities.

Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable sales culture that balances immediate results with sustainable, long-term success.

Monitor and analyse market trends to inform sales strategy, identify growth opportunities, and plan proactively for future challenges.

What You Will Bring To The Role You will bring experience of managing a sales team for the Benelux region with proven results, a high performance culture and hiring and developing top talent.

Must Haves

10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong track record of closing complex B2B deals

3+ years of experience in team leadership or people management in the Region, across enterprise and corporate accounts.

Fluent in Dutch and strong business-level English communication skills (spoken and written)

Sales Process Expertise such as MEDDIC or MEDPICC and Value Selling.

Strong track record in meeting or exceeding revenue targets, managing pipelines, and accurate forecasting.

Examples of developing AE performance and personal growth

Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes and ability to navigate complex B2B environments.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with a focus on motivating teams.

Experience working in fully remote, cross-functional teams.

You’re comfortable conducting C-level meetings and presenting at events on our solution and value propositions

You match our FAITH values and have a humble yet strong management style committed to the success of company

Compensation What We Have to Offer:

We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.

The Annual Total Target Cash

(base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on

location , and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:

United States: $292,000.00 to $470,900.00

Germany: €188,000 to €312,100

United Kingdom: £183,400.00 to £301,600.00

Singapore: S$362,700.00 to S$544,000.00
