Job Description Red Moon Marketing is looking for a full‑time Account Executive to support our Account Supervisor with managing our client Harris Teeter in the North Carolina market, primarily in the Charlotte area. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of marketing activations for high‑profile clients. This position requires a proactive, detail‑oriented approach, effectively managing client relationships while collaborating with internal teams to achieve project goals. Approximately 90% of assignments involve representing our clients at events to engage consumers and sample products.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Account Supervisor in managing day‑to‑day client interactions, addressing client needs, and providing updates on project progress.

Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues that arise.

Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media) to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing materials and initiatives.

Assist in the preparation of client presentations, performance reports, and capturing event metrics.

Conduct market research and provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Coordinate on‑site contacts prior to events, assist with loading in/out marketing assets, and event setup/breakdown.

Support marketing activations on the day of events.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

1+ year of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field; event marketing experience highly desired.

Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑focused approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Willingness to drive company‑branded vehicles (large trucks, vans, or trailers).

Comfortable traveling, working weekends, and working holidays.

Employment Type Full‑time.

Pay $48,000.00 – $53,000.00 per year.
