Remote position within assigned sales territory.
Job Summary As a District Sales Manager, you will grow and maintain business within your assigned territory. This outside sales role requires expertise in Pre‑Engineered Metal Building, strong communication and selling skills to meet annual sales targets. The DSM will develop strategic relationships with customers and prospects, serving as a trusted advisor through consultative selling and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales and growth goals for the assigned territory.
Identify, prospect, and develop new customers to expand territory growth.
Manage a robust pipeline of prospects, moving them through the sales cycle.
Maintain accurate records in CRM as per company guidelines.
Uphold company values and deliver on the Whirlwind brand promise.
Establish and maintain high‑level relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Proven experience in Pre‑Engineered Metal Building sales.
Ability to read, understand and interpret metal building drawings.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills with a focus on high‑impact sales activities.
Solid work ethic and commitment to high‑quality service.

Location and Salary Overland Park, KS – $60,000.00 – $70,000.00
