Role Description We are hiring a full-time Door and Window Outside Salesperson to join our team in our Costa Mesa, CA location. This is an on-site role where the candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions for their door and window needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, identifying new business opportunities, processing product orders, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and contribute to the company’s sales goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Presentations and New Business Development to drive growth and close deals.
Strong Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to create lasting connections and maintain client satisfaction.
Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Previous experience in the building materials or hardware industry is advantageous.
Proven ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage a designated territory.
High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Ability to lift and carry materials as needed for product demonstrations or deliveries.
