Position Summary As a Tire and Battery Service Advisor, you will collaborate with team members to fulfil sales and service requests, educate associates on tools and tasks, mentor new technicians, and provide safe and efficient customer service.
What You'll Do
Be a Team Member
– Collaborates with team members to fulfil sales and service requests, educates associates, mentors new technicians, and develops interpersonal skills for safe, efficient service.
Be an Expert
– Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, POS systems, and in‑person selling techniques.
Be a Techie
– Leverages digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement using handheld technology and systems for immediate business decisions.
Be an Owner
– Communicates equipment needs, tracks return and special orders, operates cash registers, maintains inventory, audits safety and compliance, and completes required documentation.
Be a Talent Ambassador
– Models high‑quality service, inspires team members, and advocates for the member experience in the TBC area.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards; completes work assignments, maintains priorities, and seeks improvement opportunities.
Acts with integrity and promotes a culture of belonging and continuous improvement.
Delivers results by putting the customer first and balancing short‑ and long‑term priorities.
Respects diversity and builds strong relationships with energy, positivity, and influence.
