Role Description
This is a full‑time role for a Commercial Portfolio Manager located on‑site in Phoenix, AZ. The Commercial Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing commercial loan portfolios, assessing risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include underwriting new commercial loan requests, performing annual loan reviews on existing commercial loans, analyzing various company and personal financial statements and tax returns, monitoring portfolio performance, and conducting market research.
Qualifications
5 years experience as a Commercial Underwriter or Portfolio Manager
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
Experience in commercial real estate & C&I lending
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
