Base pay range $62,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Perform
ITAR and EAR export jurisdiction and classification
for hardware, software, and technical data
Provide export classifications to support
licenses and agreements
Conduct
Customs classifications
(HTS and Schedule B)
Review and approve
technical data transfers
to international third parties
Review and approve information intended for
public domain release
Implement and support
trade compliance policies and procedures
Participate in
trade compliance audits
and corrective actions
Develop and deliver
trade compliance training
Identify
process improvements
and support continuous compliance initiatives
Provide compliance guidance to internal and external stakeholders
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with
4+ years
of relevant trade compliance experience
OR
graduate degree with
2+ years
of related experience
OR
8+ years
of experience in lieu of a degree
Strong working knowledge of
ITAR, EAR, and U.S. Customs regulations
Preferred Experience
Communications systems or
tactical radio
environments
Hardware, software, and technical data classification
Customs compliance experience
Familiarity with
LO/CLO, Anti‑Tamper , and
EAR Category 5 Part 2
Experience with
OCR EASE
and
Agile PLM/PDM
tools
Exposure to
software‑defined radio
programs
Active or eligible
U.S. security clearance
(preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
