Job Summary
Support the growth of a skincare brand as an Assistant Brand Manager.
Contribute to brand storytelling and campaign execution.
Assist with day-to-day marketing operations.
Stay current with beauty and skincare trends and consumer behavior.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (R&D Supply Chain Sales) to develop and launch innovative products.
Analyze data and use insights to drive decision‑making and enhance marketing strategies.
Work in a hybrid role based in New York with 2 days per week in office.
Typical schedule: 5 days/week 9‑6 or 10‑7 EST.
Utilize skills in communication, organization and time management.
Use Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Google Analytics is a plus.
Preferably have experience with major beauty retailers (Sephora Ulta) or beauty specialty channels.
Ideal candidate is passionate, proactive, detail‑oriented and a self‑starter.
Korean language skills (read write speak) are preferred.
