Manages complex construction projects from the planning and design phase through completion, ensuring deliverables are successful, cost‑effective, and timely. The Lead Superintendent works on the project in Franklin, TN. Essential Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the project strategy, including financial goals, scheduling, deliverables, and inspections. Lead daily field operations by managing subcontractors, ensuring site safety, quality control, and progress. Partner with the Project Manager to maintain an accurate project schedule throughout the lifecycle, reflecting any changes and recommending solutions to mitigate delays. Lead and participate in project planning, review, subcontractor, and OAC meetings. Oversee the development, closure of RFIs, and review and approval of submittals. Communicate with key business leaders, owners, and partners to provide project updates and address concerns. Support project closeouts by supervising pre‑punch activities and coordinating with the owner, architect, and authorities. Assemble the onsite construction team, select and assign members and subcontractors, and manage their performance in line with company policies. Publish and review subcontractor schedules weekly, ensuring quality and craftsmanship. Schedule, coordinate, perform, track, and close out required inspections. Promote safety and site cleanliness, enforcing Greystar’s safety policy. Complete various HR, financial, administrative reports and other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of ground‑up construction experience with exposure from initial construction through delivery. Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team and subcontractors. Strong time‑management, leadership, and decision‑making skills. Highly organized with effective long‑term planning and complex schedule management. Excellent written and oral communication, delegation, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, and owners to foster an exceptional jobsite culture. Additional Compensation

Pay is determined by business requirements, prior experience, current skills, and geographic location. Eligible for quarterly, monthly, and/or annual bonus programs. Robust Benefits Offered
