What You’ll Do
Develop full‑funnel paid social strategies that align with client objectives, incorporate marketplace trends, and adhere to best practices.
Build tactical strategy, platform selection, audience building, content mapping, and flight recommendations.
Source, pull, and compile competitive, marketplace, platform, audience, and campaign performance research to guide media plan strategy.
Establish and evolve clients’ paid social strategy, including learning agendas, A/B testing, pixel tagging, event management, KPI and goal setting, and campaign and audience optimizations.
Analyze multi‑platform campaign performance to provide detailed insights, key learnings, and recommendations.
Act as a trusted touch point with clients, platform partners, and cross‑functional teams regarding campaign strategy within the respective vertical.
Prepare and present strategic/tactical plans and recommendations, sharing them comfortably with clients and internal team members.
Maintain open and productive communications with platform partners to ensure the highest standard of campaigns.

You Should Have
Minimum 3+ years of experience in paid social media buying and planning.
Experience buying and planning on at least two platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.
Demonstrated critical thinking and appetite to learn additional social platforms and other media channels.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex ideas to clients and internal teams.
Ability to take initial direction and then transition to a more independent work style.
Proficiency in Excel – comfort with pivot tables and large datasets is a must.
Proven ability to navigate client communication with senior stakeholders.
Certifications in digital marketing and/or social media strategy are a plus (Meta Blueprint, Snap Focus, Google Analytics, etc.).
Ecommerce, luxury, or fashion experience is a plus.
