The
Business Development Representative (BDR)
role has one goal:
engage senior IT and Cybersecurity executives and invite them to our exclusive, invitation-only networking events.
You’ll use outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn to connect with Fortune 1000 technology leaders and build lasting relationships. This is a fast-paced, rewarding opportunity that demands energy, creativity, and consistency.
This is a hands‑on role with strong growth potential - top performers will have the opportunity to help shape and lead our growing business development team.

Skills & Experience
2–4 years in a BDR, SDR, business development, recruiting, or B2B outreach role (sales, events, recruitment a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication - confident, professional, and engaging
Proven experience working remotely while staying proactive and connected with a close event team
Highly ambitious, target‑driven, and motivated to exceed goals
Lots of drive to call, follow up, and maintain consistent outreach momentum
Great at thinking of new strategies - not just following a list
Experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Organized, persistent, and self‑motivated
Interest in technology, IT, or cybersecurity

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$60,000 annually
Additional Quarterly Bonus:
Performance‑related up to $2,000 per quarter ($8,000 annual)
Work Environment:
Remote with frequent team communication (always available)
Generous PTO + all public holidays

50% company‑covered health insurance (health, dental, eye)
Optional Travel to major U.S. cities (expenses covered)
