Landscape Foreman
to join our Team in Wintergarden, FL.
Location Sunrise Landscape has multiple locations throughout Florida, and this role will be located in the Wintergarden, FL.
What You Will Do:
Coordinate: Organize job sites, schedule work, and assign tasks to crew members
Supervise: Ensure that projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations
Train: Teach crew members about landscaping techniques and safety
Maintain: Ensure that landscaping projects are of high quality
Ensure safety: Follow safety and security protocols and ensure a safe work environment
Troubleshoot: Identify and fix problems with grounds maintenance
Manage equipment: Ensure that the right tools and equipment are available
Manage budget: Organize and track budget data
Perform hands‑on work: Plant, mow, prune, weed, and perform other landscaping tasks
Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge of landscaping and irrigation systems
Knowledge of common landscape problems and deficiencies
Ability to work with hand and power tools, skid steer and tree lift
Ability to lift and carry heavy loads
Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
What You Bring to Us:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Ability to prioritize and provide excellent client service.
Valid driver’s license required of at least 3 years with a clean driving record.
Familiarity with Aspire software a plus!
Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) is strongly desired.
