Responsibilities:
Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to each customer’s preference.
Possess extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu, recommending, upselling, and reinforcing customers’ orders.
Assist with assembly of prepared food and condiments, following Outback standards. Check orders for accuracy and review those orders with the guest prior to handoff to ensure satisfaction.
Serve as a team player, bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed. Teamwork is essential and required by all Outbackers.
Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift.
Requirements:
Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.; able to work in hot and cold environments.
Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing essential job duties.
For all California based positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certifications Required (can be completed during training, and up to 60 days after start date).
