Responsibilities
Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences.
Maintain extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu, recommending, upselling, and reinforcing orders.
Assist with food assembly and condiments, following Outback standards, and verify accuracy with guests before handoff.
Support the team throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed.
Comply with safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift.
Requirements
Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.; able to work in hot and cold environments.
Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing essential job duties.
For all California based positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certifications Required (certification may be completed during training, up to 60 days after start date).
