Silver Birch of Avondale is seeking Servers to join our Culinary Team. You will provide an exceptional dining experience for our residents, offering the comfort of a home‑cooked meal with the experience of a sit‑down restaurant.
Responsibilities
Assist with seating residents and guests, present the menu, make suggestions, and answer questions about food and beverages
Take orders and serve meals, desserts, and beverages
Clean, stock, and prepare the dining room for service
Prepare dishes for the dish machine, load, run, and unload the dish machine
Maintain kitchen/dining room sanitation
Provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous food service experience preferred
Basic knowledge of food safety
Exceptional customer service skills
