Position: Part-Time Assistant Team Lead Commitment:
12–20 hours per week, including weekends
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay:
$18 per hour
Guaranteed Raise:
$20 per hour within one year after completing training and certification
Bonuses:
Earn an additional $1–$4 per hour through our sales bonus program
Tips:
Average of $100 per month

Drive & Exceed Sales
– Sell memberships, prevent cancellations, upsell services, recommend products, and coach your team to do the same.
Key Responsibilities
Coach Spa Consultants on our
5-step sales method
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
Assist with
staff scheduling
and provide coverage when needed
Support
payroll processing
as required
Enforce company policies and processes to boost service and sales performance
Ensure compliance with
safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices
Contribute to achieving
financial goals
through smart scheduling and purchasing
Maintain spa cleanliness and equipment upkeep (including re-lamping)
Oversee
opening and closing
procedures with proper staffing
Manage
inventory, restocking, and supply orders
Support marketing and promotional initiatives
Represent the
Soleil Tans brand
in all guest and employee interactions
Attend leadership and company meetings
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of proven sales/retail experience
Availability of at least
20 hours per week , including weekends
Strong
organizational and time-management skills
Self-motivated, hands-on , and willing to do what it takes to succeed
Excellent
communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications
