The Patterson
is a luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living community located in Dayton, Ohio. As a
Line Cook , you’ll play an essential role in creating a restaurant-style dining experience. You’ll be responsible for the organized, consistent, and timely execution of meals across multiple stations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and food safety. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their culinary skills, thrives in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, and brings a hospitality-driven, resident‑first mindset to their work. You’ll work closely with the Director of Culinary and Sous Chef to execute ticketed orders, keep your station clean and well stocked, and contribute to a positive dining experience that enhances daily life for residents.
Pay:
$16 – $19 per hour, based on experience
Schedule:
Part-Time | Saturday, Sunday, and Monday | 7:30am – 3:00pm

Requirements
Competent cooking skills and ability to follow recipe.
An interest in learning and the ability to quickly grasp new knowledge
The ability to use ingredients in the right proportion and be aware of the exact procedure of food preparation
The ability to garnish food following specific plating desired by the chef
Knowledge of food safety, safe food processing and preserving raw food
Patience and a love for cooking
18 years of age or older
