The Weekend Breakfast Cook is responsible for setting up and managing the kitchen for the restaurant during breakfast service on the weekends while also preparing, cooking and executing banquet functions.

This is a part time position every Saturday and Sunday from 6am-1pm. Position starts out at $17.50 per hour

**Please note: public transportation does not run start of shift- must have other form of reliable transportation**

Responsibilities:

Overseeing food preparation

Supervising kitchen staff

Ensuring food safety standards

Planning menus

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Cook (6 months to a year of experience preferred)

Knowledge of various cooking methods

Attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude with great communication

Ability to work with a team as well individually
