Requirements
Candidates should possess the ability to:
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions.
Regularly lift or move up to 25 lbs, frequently up to 45 lbs, occasionally up to 60 lbs.
Extra Qualifications (Nice to have)
Basic PC/Outlook skills
Retail Management Certificate
Responsibilities
Under direct supervision of the Grocery Manager, provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service.
Assist customers, clean display cases, and clean shelves.
Clean, fill, and rotate self‑serve displays.
Perform heavy lifting, bending, stooping for long periods.
Work a variety of hours including nights and weekends.
