Role Description This full-time on-site role for a New Home Sales Consultant is located in Ocala, FL. The New Home Sales Consultant will actively engage with potential buyers to guide them through the home buying process, including showcasing homes, answering inquiries, and providing an exceptional customer experience. The selected candidate will assist clients in understanding home features, collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer needs, and meet sales goals. They will also engage in training, manage negotiations, and build strong, long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
Strong skills in New Home Sales and general Sales
Proven expertise in Customer Service and client relationship management
Proficiency in Sales Training and the ability to guide others effectively
Demonstrated skills in Negotiation to close deals successfully
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Experience in the homebuilding or real estate industry is a plus
Ability to work on-site in Ocala, FL, and deliver an exceptional client experience
