About Burnt Hill Farm Burnt Hill is a 117-acre polyculture farm and vineyard, cultivated slowly and intentionally by hand over the past nine years. We are a pioneering model of animal-integrated regenerative agriculture, estate winemaking, and sustainable food. Our diverse ecosystem includes:
50,000 grapevines
Woodland pigs, longwool sheep, honeybees
Heritage grains and an organic orchard
We welcome guests with a signature tasting experience that begins with a glass of bubbly and a guided walking tour, followed by a seated tasting of three reserve wines paired with fresh stone‑milled bread and seasonal, garden‑inspired snacks.
Position Summary As a
Tasting Room Server , you will be the face of Burnt Hill Farm’s hospitality. You’ll guide guests through our wine and food offerings, share the story of our farm, and create a warm, engaging experience from arrival to farewell.
Key Responsibilities Guest Service
Lead guided walking tours of the farm, sharing its history and agricultural practices
Provide attentive, knowledgeable tableside service
Guide guests through wine and food pairings with enthusiasm and detail
Manage reservations using Tock and billing with our POS according to SOP
Maintain a professional, welcoming presence in line with our Code of Conduct
Teamwork & Operations
Communicate effectively with the kitchen for seamless service
Assist with opening/closing duties, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness
Support teammates with grace and uphold hospitality standards
Participate in team trainings, service meetings, and educational tastings
Compensation & Benefits
$25/hour base pay + shared tips
35% employee discount on all wine & food (tasting & à la carte)
Paid team trainings and opportunities for professional growth
Schedule:
Part-time, weekends required
