Pay and Bonus
Mileage pay with hourly pay while on duty, not driving
Weekly performance pay
Sign‑on bonus: $4,000 paid over 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers; $2,000 for inexperienced drivers
Paid orientation and paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
Annual bonus: up to 2% of annual gross pay each year
Average weekly pay: $1,425–$1,750
Qualifications
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
Live within 100 miles of Portland, OR and live in Oregon
