Senior Pastor – Dayton Avenue Baptist Church
Dayton Avenue Baptist Church is seeking a senior pastor to exercise general oversight of our local church, its ministry, and functions. The Senior Pastor will have strong spiritual and moral character, effective preaching skills, communication, and proven leadership ability. He will ensure that sound Biblical doctrine is foundational to the mission and vision of Dayton Avenue Baptist Church and remains the focal point of all church ministries and operations. The Senior Pastor’s primary responsibilities will be preaching, discipling, and shepherding. Additionally, he will oversee the pastoral staff and guide the church in evangelism and community outreach. Our desire is that God would be glorified as His people grow in joyful obedience to Christ, delighting in Him and living as faithful, engaged disciples who impact those around them for eternity.
Senior Pastor – First Baptist Church of Fairlea, WV First Baptist Church of Fairlea is seeking a Full Time Senior Pastor. We desire a team builder who will train, equip, and commission members to reach our diverse community with The Gospel.
We are a medium‑sized Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) church in proximity to Lewisburg, West Virginia (“The Coolest Small Town in America”), in the beautiful Greenbrier Valley, one of the true “jewels” of our state. We affirm the Baptist Faith & Message 2000. We are financially sound and completely debt free, with a strong focus on local, domestic, and international missions.

Worship Pastor – Buffat Heights Baptist Buffat Heights Baptist is seeking a full‑time worship pastor. We are a medium sized church in Knoxville, TN. Our worship is generally contemporary, our congregation is multi‑generational.
The position involves responsibilities related to worship leadership, including growing and developing the worship team (musicians and vocalists) and working with a choir. Other responsibilities include media, audio‑visual and AV team leadership. All staff members handle additional areas of responsibilities outside of their primary roles, determined based on the candidate’s talents, abilities and experience as well as the needs of the church. The worship pastor works alongside the other staff under the leadership of the senior pastor.
Candidates should have a deep love for Christ and His church people. Candidates must view the platform as an opportunity for worship leadership, not performance.
Bachelor’s degree required as well as a minimum of 2 years worship leadership experience.
This is a full‑time job on the ministry staff. Staff are expected to fully participate in the general life of the church. Staff generally get 1 day off per week in addition to Saturdays. Full‑time staff receive 2 weeks paid vacation as well as other benefits related to ministry opportunities. Additional benefits to be discussed as the process moves forward.
