Responsibilities
Provide a top‑tier level of customer service that encourages customers to come back repeatedly.
Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations set forth by the company and the Gaming Control Board.
Become familiar with betting options and engage customers in conversations about them.
Resolve customer disputes/complaints and, when necessary, escalate to direct supervisor.
Work collaboratively with team members and leadership.
Ensure all necessary paperwork/documentation is filled out in accordance with company policy and Gaming Control Board standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Basic computer knowledge (E‑mail, MS Excel, Internet, etc.).
Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience in a work setting.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
21 years of age or older.
Successful background check.
Ability to obtain a gaming license from the Louisiana Gaming Control Board and other jurisdictions as necessary.
High level of customer service.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Professional presentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic math proficiency.
Understanding and responsibility to adhere to all compliance requirements set by the company and the Louisiana Gaming Control Board.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift, pull or push 25 lbs.
Must be able to write for extended periods of time.
Must be able to twist, bend or reach without significant limitation.
Position may be exposed to a smoke‑filled environment.
