Personal Shopper - Sam's (USA) at Sam's Club
This role is an entry-level position that involves supporting Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. It also includes maintaining safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to management. Additional responsibilities include fulfilling Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, and securing items until Members arrive, as well as following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet Member needs. The role requires completing work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapting to and learning from change and feedback. It also involves providing Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services. Compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity is required, implementing action plans and applying the Open Door Policy in business processes. The role should embody respect for the individual by embracing differences, building strong relationships, and fostering a culture of belonging. Integrity, customer focus, decision‑making, and continuous improvement are key values. The position engages in activities that strengthen the team, mentor others, and support the company's regenerative goals.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00.
Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
