Overview Level 4 Control Account Manager (CAM) – Fort Worth, TX.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead CAM responsible for Material Inventory control at the Fort Worth site.

Perform detail cost and schedule variance analysis, define root causes, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.

Prepare and distribute Material Inventory Control cost performance metrics.

Validate monthly and comprehensive EACs for the Fort Worth MIC Allocation to ensure accuracy to the Manufacturing Base EACs.

Responsible for Basis Of Estimates (BOE) used for proposals and negotiations.

Ensure monthly staffing plans support all budget/ETC commitments.

Monitor Fort Worth MIC Pool performance against the MIC Base, establish FTW MIC staffing targets to ensure budgeted factor performance.

Identify, communicate, and resolve MIC support labor issues to ensure Manufacturing Base departments meet their cost and schedule commitments.

Maintain compliance with EVMS guidelines (EIA‑748) to avoid audit findings, corrective action requests, loss of financial control, and inaccurate project reporting.

Basic Qualifications

Knowledge and understanding of Earned Value (EV) Management and production processes.

Highly proficient in MS Office suite of tools.

Ability to manage and effectively analyze large amounts of cost, schedule and technical data.

Desired Skills

Proven experience as a CAM or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing and controlling production operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including production personnel, management, and customers.

Advanced knowledge of Aerospace Earn Value Management (EVMS) processes and procedures, including understanding of ANSII guidelines.

Certification as a Control Account Manager (CAM).

Advanced understanding of 5th generation aircraft processes and infrastructure (SAP, PDM, ICA, Catia, SFM/CAPP) for fabrication and assembly.

5+ years of related experience and may have a post‑secondary degree or training in a related discipline.

Work Schedules Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time Off benefits.

Schedule for this Position 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
