Base pay range $30.00/hr - $45.00/hr.
Responsibilities
Install heating, ventilation, and cooling units for commercial customers.
Travel to job sites in service area and work with dispatch to maintain schedule and communicate delays to customer.
Perform required documentation for each install, recording recommendations, repairs, accurate readings, and observations. Have client sign necessary paperwork.
Make ethical and responsible decisions while keeping the customer and company interests in mind.
Provide sales personnel with qualified leads and opportunities.
Skills
5-7 years of experience installing HVAC and/or Hydronics.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret plans and manuals.
Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.
Ability to work independently in a timely manner, ensuring the job is done correctly the first time.
Strong problem solving and communication skills, both oral and written.
Requirements
Must possess a valid Tennessee State driver’s license and a safe driving record and be able and willing to operate company-owned vehicles.
Frequently required to work in restricted spaces. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds and greater than 60 pounds using appropriate equipment.
