Description Join Hennig to perform mechanical assembly duties in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for accurate fabrication of metal enclosures, operating necessary tools, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring quality standards.
Responsibilities
Assemble fabricated metal enclosures with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail; efficiently repair and rework assemblies as needed.
Operate power tools, hand tools, measuring devices, and instruments required for assembly operations.
Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, tape measures (SAE and metric), and other written instructions or procedures.
Perform troubleshooting of mechanical equipment in accordance with established inspection and quality procedures.
Work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment while maintaining high quality standards and meeting on‑time delivery requirements.
Provide support across all areas of the production floor as required.
Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Mechanical Assembler.
Ability to stand for the duration of the assigned shift.
Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes is a plus.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company procedures, rules, and regulations.
Willingness to submit to and successfully pass pre‑employment drug screening and background checks.
