Northern Arizona Refrigeration is hiring an experienced
Commercial HVAC Foreman
to lead high-quality installation projects across the greater Phoenix area. What You'll Do:
Lead commercial HVAC Sheet Metal installations (ground-up, TI, and retrofit) Supervise and coordinate on-site crews Manage timelines, quality control, and safety Collaborate with project managers, GCs, and subcontractors Mentor and train junior installers and apprentices Ensure accurate project documentation and material tracking What You Bring:
6+ years of commercial HVAC install experience (ductwork, equipment, VRF systems, etc.) 4+ years as a HVAC Foreman Ability to read blueprints and job layouts Strong leadership and communication skills Working knowledge of local codes and safety regulations Valid driver's license and clean driving record EPA certification and VRF system experience a plus What We Offer:
