What You'll Be Doing

Identify and prospect new dealers in the assigned territory (Little Rock and surrounding area)

Develop and grow relationships with existing dealer partners

Present our innovative wholesale multi-list digital remarketing program to franchise and large independent dealer groups

Execute strategic sales plans and consistently meet or exceed sales goals

Maintain accurate activity records in CRM daily, weekly, and monthly progress

Handle customer concerns efficiently and professionally

Support sellers through the process – onboarding, listing, sale, and post‑sale

Distribute marketing materials to promote our digital services

Use your knowledge of vehicle values and conditions to guide proper listings

Stay ahead of market trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings

Required Experience & Qualifications

A proven track record in sales, especially in the wholesale automotive industry

Self‑motivated, disciplined, and thrives in a remote, independent environment

Excellent communication skills and confidently present to dealerships

Passionate about building long‑term relationships and closing deals

Organized and embraces technology and new challenges

Knowledge in assessing vehicle value and condition accurately

Motivated by growth, performance, and being part of a fast‑moving industry

Hunter mentality, driven by results

Willingness to travel within the territory regularly

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of sales experience (automotive or wholesale remarketing preferred)

21 years or older

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Must pass background check and drug screening

Strong computer skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Excel)

Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for long periods of time and walk/stand regularly

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks (stooping, bending, kneeling)
