On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, helping you connect with customers and meet their needs. You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Your schedule will be between 9am–9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment; staying flexible helps you keep up with evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. If you have no sales experience, we’ll provide the tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals. Responsibilities
Provide personalized sales assistance and guide customers through product options to drive sales. Assist in events, process online orders, and perform outbound outreach to customers. Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred). Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training available if needed. Compensation and Benefits
Estimated earnings: between $16.57 - $20.45 per hour plus potential commission (starting salary range may vary by geography, experience, and training). Uncapped commission opportunities with potential annual earnings for top sellers.
