What the Role Is In the Customer Operations organization, the Order Management Specialist ensures that customers receive the highest quality support. The role is customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven, driving customer outcomes and leveraging growth opportunities within the company.
Required Qualifications
Associate or bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years of customer service experience
Required Skills and Capabilities
Minimum 3 years in a customer‑facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
Critical and analytical thinking with excellent organizational skills
Ability to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and professionalism
Independent and team‑oriented work style
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with customer‑management software, including Salesforce
Experience with SAP
Prior customer‑facing experience in manufacturing
Responsibilities
Order Processing – Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy of item details, quantities, pricing, and delivery information.
Customer Service – Serve as point of contact for order inquiries, providing timely support and resolving issues.
Data Management – Input and update customer and order information in the company’s order‑management system.
Compliance – Ensure all order processes comply with company policies and regulations.
Problem‑solving – Troubleshoot and resolve problems that arise during the order process.
Product Knowledge – Maintain a general understanding of the company’s products or services.
Documentation – Maintain proper documentation of all orders, customer interactions, and related transactions.
Teamwork – Coordinate with other departments and team members to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth business operations.

Salary: $47,058.00 – $64,706.00 (full‑time).
Location: Charlotte, NC.
