In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for a portfolio of clients. Your focus will be on ensuring their satisfaction, maintaining strong relationships, and identifying potential risks to support client success.
What You'll Do:
Manage day‑to‑day client interactions and regular check‑ins. Monitor client satisfaction and escalate concerns as needed. Track updates and maintain client records. Support coordination with internal teams. Contribute to client retention efforts. What we are looking for:
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client‑facing roles. Understanding of software development or technology services. Experience managing multiple accounts. Willingness to travel occasionally. Advanced level of English. How we make your work (and your life) easier:
