Currently, we are seeking a qualified Inside Sales Support person to work collaboratively with our Windows division in Medford, Wisconsin.
About The Position
Work with the customer service manager and leaders to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customers’ service expectations
Provide feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
Assist customers with questions and concerns while providing accurate answers and responses
Inform potential/existing customers about products and services
Handle returns or complaints while recording details of inquiries, comments or complaints
Provide timely and accurate information on incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to established department policies and procedures
Provide pricing and delivery information
Qualifications
6 months’ prior customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of window products, window quoting systems, and AS400 is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
High regard for accuracy
Dependable, self‑motivated, and organized

Compensation The general wage range for this position at Sierra Pacific Industries is from $18 to $24 per hour, based on relevant work experience, skill, knowledge, and/or education.
