Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and every 5th Saturday.
Responsibilities
Work hand‑in‑hand with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants by performing behind‑the‑scenes sales functions that ensure our customers’ needs are met.
Support the Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing for our showroom customers and builders.
Update customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.
Effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
This role requires extensive phone communication, ensuring timely and effective support.
Qualifications
Prior customer service experience is preferred.
Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
Ability to react well in a fast‑paced environment & follow through on commitments.
Highly motivated and customer‑service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
General digital literacy including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.
Ability to multitask.
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
Pay Range $20.57 - $32.91 per hour (Monthly salary equivalents for salaried roles; hourly rates for all other roles). This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
