About the Role We are committed to finding exceptional talent to represent our boutique in
Boca Raton Town Center . We are seeking dynamic Full‑time Sales Associates who are passionate about delivering outstanding in‑store experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering meaningful brand connections.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales initiatives, enhance team and customer engagement, maintain visual and operational standards, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Balance multiple priorities and consistently put the customer first in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Perform opening and closing responsibilities and potentially keyholder duties.
Support other brands in our portfolio through new store openings, activations, and coverage needs.
Position Qualifications
Experience in luxury retail with a growing understanding of premium accessories, including basic knowledge of materials, product features, and the service expectations of high‑end clientele.
Availability: Flexible and adaptable to meet business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical requirements: Able to maintain an active presence on the sales floor, stand, walk, use ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Minimum age: 18 years or older.
Hourly Pay Range:
$18.00 to $22.00. Compensation follows an hourly‑plus‑commission model and will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.
