Account Manager – APS US/CAN Sales

Responsibilities
Promote and sell APS MBS and CPC solutions by interacting with existing customers and new prospects.
Develop deep knowledge of the MBS and CPC product portfolio and align product characteristics with customer specifications, needs, and expectations.
Build and maintain customer business relationships through integrity, face‑to‑face visits, and by providing high‑value customer service.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to provide resources that meet customer needs.
Implement price increases, execute contract negotiations, and manage pricing, RFQs, terms of sale, and contracts in line with business objectives.
Participate in APS annual planning processes, forecast monthly demand, and support planning for relevant divisions.
Ensure all commercial activities comply with company policies: contracts, price agreements, and records retention.
Communicate weekly via calls, sales meetings, call reports, etc., on team and customer activities and execute APS business goals.
Build and maintain an active pipeline of new business opportunities, update Salesforce, and consistently meet or exceed sales expectations.
Qualifications
Four‑year college degree required (major in business or sciences preferred).
3 + years of experience with MBS or CPC materials (or equivalent plastic raw materials) in sales or commercial roles.
Experience in forecasting and demand planning.
Willingness to travel 40% +.
