What You’ll Do Develop and execute the national Healthcare vertical strategy, focusing on revenue growth through the acquisition of new corporate accounts and the expansion of digital solutions within existing life and health sectors. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including insurers and brokers, to position Iron Mountain as a strategic partner for large-scale automation, workflow optimization, and information management initiatives. Ensure compliance with stringent healthcare industry regulations and organizational standards while leading and mentoring a high-performing team of business development managers and solution architects. Qualifications
What You’ll Bring 7+ experience in the Healthcare sector, with a specific focus on software solution selling, Information Technology (IT) services, and digital transformation. Strong knowledge of healthcare operational processes, including industry regulations and the technical application of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) and data analytics. Proven ability in leadership and stakeholder management, with a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration and managing senior-level negotiations. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is highly preferred. Call to Action
